Swedish, Norwegian and Danish
As a content writer/ translator, you write about national parks in Tanzania, gorilla trekkings in Uganda, that beautiful 5-star hotel in Kenya’s Masai Mara, or that fun biking excursion on Zanzibar. Even when sitting at your desk at home all day, you feel like you are on holiday!
Norwegian translator / content writer
All our texts are written in English and then translated to other languages. As a Norwegian native speaker, you will mostly translate English texts to proper Norwegian. But you are also able to write texts in proper English.
This is what you bring:
Norwegian native speaker with excellent Norwegian writing skills.
Able to translate from English to Norwegian and write proper Norwegian texts (non-Ai).
Able to write in English when necessary.
Extensive experience in writing and translating/relevant education.
Able to write and translate longer and shorter texts, formal and non-formal, in all sorts of formats.
Able to play with language and use a playful tone of voice when needed.
Able to deliver a message in short sentences when writing or translating; know how to select the details that matter, without losing yourself in details.
The ability to translate from Dutch/English to French, German and/or Spanish (non-Ai) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
20-30 hours per week and available during working hours (EAT).
Able to work in a team; not too shy to ask questions, not too proud to receive (or give!) feedback.
Able to show initiative, understand things quickly, and learn new skills and systems.
Designer skills are a plus.
Creativity is a big fat plus!
