Our trip with Tanzania Specialist exceeded every expectation we had. We returned home completely fascinated by Tanzania – its breathtaking landscapes, incredible wildlife and, above all, its wonderfully warm and welcoming people. Looking back, we truly cannot imagine a better way to have experienced this beautiful country. Our itinerary was perfectly planned. We started with one self-organized night in Zanzibar near the airport before taking an early morning flight to Arusha. From there, our safari began with a game drive in Tarangire National Park, followed by an overnight stay at the beautiful MaweMawe Lodge. We then continued to the Serengeti, where we spent three unforgettable nights at Salinero Camp, before visiting the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater and staying at the Manyara Best View Lodge. After the safari, we flew back to Zanzibar, where we enjoyed another seven nights that we had organized ourselves. It was the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. A special thank you goes to Sofia from Tanzania Specialist, who organized everything flawlessly. Every transfer, airport pickup, domestic flight and accommodation worked perfectly. Whenever we had a question, assistance was only a message away. Thanks to her excellent planning and attention to detail, we never had to worry about logistics and could simply enjoy every moment of our holiday. The accommodations selected by Tanzania Specialist were outstanding. Every lodge and camp had its own unique charm, all with beautiful views, wonderful atmosphere, excellent facilities, delicious food and impeccable cleanliness. We especially want to mention Salinero Camp, where we were welcomed with such genuine warmth that we immediately felt like part of the family. Seeing wildlife walking freely between the tents made the stay even more magical and adventurous. Our safari vehicle was extremely comfortable and made the long drives enjoyable. The absolute highlight of our journey, however, was our guide Yohana. He is an extraordinary person and without doubt one of the best guides we could ever have wished for. From the very first moment, he made us feel completely relaxed and safe. He adapted every day to our wishes while constantly exceeding our expectations. With great humor, kindness and sincerity, he shared fascinating stories about Tanzania, its people, culture and wildlife. His passion for nature was contagious, and we learned so much throughout the trip. Of course, we were thrilled that he managed to help us see all of the Big Five and virtually every animal on our wish list. But what impressed us even more was how he accomplished it. He always remained calm, patient and incredibly confident. He seemed to know exactly where to be at the right moment, had fantastic insider knowledge, worked seamlessly together with other guides and somehow always managed to find extraordinary sightings without ever making us feel rushed. He also entertained us with countless funny stories and anecdotes during the drives. It was amazing to see how he seemed to know every single track navigating the wilderness with complete confidence. By the end of the trip, we felt that we hadn't just met an outstanding guide—we had made a friend in this remarkable country. Excellent travel agent for Tanzania holidays and safaris. With family of 5 We travelled with them to Zanzibar, Tarangire. Serengeti, Ngorongoro and back to Zanzibar. All perfectly organized and well planned. Amazing experience and we had the best ever safari guide and highly recommended driver Abdul. We had a fantastic safari experience in Tanzania with Tanzania specialists . Lazaro our guide was great - he was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great ability to spot animals and predict where they were headed. We always seemed to be in the best spot. We had many awesome encounters with animals and birds including the big 5 and wildebeest migration accross the Mara river. As Lazaro is from the Masai tribe it was also fascinating to hear more about the Masai. The lodges we stayed in were amazing - they far outstripped our expectations - the food excellent. We stayed at Morona view lodge , Wildlux Serengeti camp and Olmorijo migration camp . They were also excellent value . Thank you for a fantastic trip

Awesome experience. Our guide/driver the entire 5 days on safari, Humphrey E., was confident, capable, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. After safari, we went to a Zanzibar beach resort. Over two weeks, we stayed at 5 different properties. They were all exceptional and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Tanzania Specialist made all the arrangements. They exceeded our expectations.

Amazing experience with Tanzania Specialist! I planned this 2 years ago and it was definitely worth the wait! Our guide Jordan was amazing! Ask for him!!! You won’t be disappointed! Very informative, terrific eye sight for spotting animals, and just a great guy! We went luxury style and each hotel and experience was amazing! So was the food! The 4 parks we visited, for 7 days, were awesome and we had many up close and personal animal experiences! My favorites were the Lions! Dream come true! My brother and I traveled with Tanzania Specialist from May 13–24, 2026, and had an unforgettable experience. Our trip included the Meru Waterfalls, Arusha Snake Park and Maasai Museum, Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro parks, plus time in Zanzibar. Everything was incredibly well organized, smooth, and comfortable from start to finish. Our guide, Makalo, was an absolute gem — such a kind, knowledgeable, and fun person to spend six days with. He went above and beyond to tailor the experience for my brother and me, making sure we had the best opportunities to see wildlife and capture amazing photos and videos. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the food was consistently delicious throughout the trip. A special shout-out as well to the staff at Sounds of Silence — they were absolutely incredible and made our stay extra memorable. May turned out to be a fantastic time to visit Tanzania: cooler weather, fewer crowds, and only a bit of rain. We were lucky enough to catch the end of the Great Migration in the Serengeti and see so many baby animals! I would 100% recommend Tanzania Specialist to anyone looking for a seamless, personalized, and truly memorable trip to Tanzania!

We’re on our way home from two weeks in Tanzania. Ten days safari and four in Zanzibar we’ve had the most incredible time. Tanzania Specialists satisfied from A to Z, from our first enquiry to every other detail from arrival to departure. Our driver Spear amongst all the other staff was absolutely exceptional as a guide, historian and driver. His knowledge of the wildlife was outstanding with many funny stories. This trip of a lifetime has delivered on that promise, with not only the big five but a vast array of animals and birds. The hotel selection was excellent the Serengeti Sounds of Silence and the Park Hyatt Zanzibar were standouts in a five star list. Awesome views, private pools and excellent all round service was constant at all the accommodation. I would recommend Tanzania Specialists to anyone interested in an African trip.

Our trip organized by Tanzania Specialist was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the first contact while planning the trip to the final day, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The safari portion of the trip was absolutely incredible. Visiting Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater exceeded all our expectations. Each park offered something unique—from the majestic elephant herds in Tarangire to the endless wildlife and stunning landscapes of the Serengeti. Our guide, Makalo, was fantastic!!! What an adventure! We went to Tanzania on our honeymoon and had such a positive experience! Tanzania Specialist were very adequate and professional from the start of our enquiry and we felt confident that they were the right choice for our trip. Albert from the office took a personal approach to look into all our requirements and preferences and booked us in promptly as per our wishes adding a few useful recommendations on the way. Upon arrival we were met by our key person - Frank and spent the following 7-8 days in his company - going on safaris in Tarangire and Serengeti National Parks and the Ngoro Ngoro conservation area and the crater. This guy was a brilliant guide and we had the luck to have him all for ourselves, as there were no other tourists with the same itinerary that week. Frank demonstrated exceptional competence about all species we saw during the safaris, knew his ways around the parks perfectly and his super friendly and humble attitude impressed us deeply. He is a real gem for the company! The places we stayed at were all incredible! Such comfort and authenticity everywhere - at each of the hotels and lodges and some amazing food too - especially in the Sound of Silence Lodge in Serengeti! The next part of our trip - in Zanzibar was no worse either, although rather different - after the busy days of safari, we had the chance to relax completely in the Fun Beach Resort on the coast of the Indian ocean enjoying a lovely huge pool and the perfect sunny weather. Our key person there - Ali also added to the positive experience we had - he proved as highly reliable and professional throughout our stay, accommodating all our requests promptly and with a friendly approach.
