There are no paved roads in this national park, which means it’s perfect for shorter and longer hikes. The four-hour hike to the Sanje waterfalls is both challenging and refreshing, as you hike up the mountain but can reward yourself with a plunge at the bottom of the waterfall. Along the way, you might just spot one of those rare monkeys in the trees or see elephant tracks (of so-called mountain elephants). Keep in mind that it can be hot during midday, but if you stay in the shade and hydrated, this is a great walk!
