Serengeti Sametu Camp by Karibu Camps and Lodges

The Sametu Camp lies in the centre of the famous Serengeti National Park, away from the tourist circuits. It is a great place to watch the Great Migration, which typically passes through from April to May and in November and December, or to just enjoy the central Serengeti for a few nights in other months. The camp enjoys peaceful solitude and panoramic views of the vast open savannah plains and the winding Ngare Nanyuki River that flows close to the camp. It offers 18 spacious safari tents (8 regular tents, 8 suites, and 2 family tents), with each its own ensuite bathroom and a separate hot shower area on an elevated platform. A hot buffet-style dinner with truly delectable foods is served in the dinner tent. Or on your own terrace if you so wish!
