Near the Bologonja Ranger Post in Serengeti National Park, you can find the Ang’ata Migration – Bologonja Camp. It lies at an hour’s drive from the Mara River, where you can witness the world-famous river crossing of the Great Migration. Nile crocodiles lie in ambush and big cats on the banks wait for the migration from the end of July to October. During those months, you enjoy your cup of tea in the morning in front of your tent, while thousands of wildebeests pass by.
The Ang’ata Migration Bologonja Camp boasts 12 large guest tents (including a 2-tent family unit) a lounge and a dining tent. Tents can be double or triple (on request), with ensuite bathrooms and one king-size bed or 2 single beds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the dining tent, every day freshly prepared by the chefs. And last but not least, a bush TV (campfire!) takes care of your entertainment at night with zebras braying and lions roaring throughout the night.
