We had a fabulous safari as 2 families travelling from Australia with Charles and Frinkiw from Tanzania Specialist. As we were 9 people we needed 2 cars over the 10 days safari in Serengetti and other NP's. Everything very well organised and the basic standard accommodation was very luxurious. The tented camps were our favourite. Can definitely recommend.

Tanzania Specialist planned the perfect trip for us. They were brilliant from start to finish and offered great support throughout the whole process and during our trip. They stuck to our budget and provided us with wonderful accommodation, a great safari experience and our fantastic guide, Emmanuel. Bobby and Riziki in the booking office were also excellent and provided great advice and support. I would whole heartedly recommend Tanzania Specialist for your Tanzania holiday.

5 stars doesn’t do this company or our INCREDIBLE guide justice. The honeymoon of our dreams thanks to this team and our driver and guide to all things Tanzania safari - Hussein Abdullah! The planning process was so easy, and the communication was so fast. Brighton helped us to plan our dream honeymoon in advance so we had nothing to worry about once we arrived. Every single one of our accommodations exceeded our expectations and the tour itself was completely tailored to our requests/ dreams for the trip. We were greeted at the airport by Hussein in a brand new Land Cruiser all to ourselves stocked with cold beverages, and some TS swag. We visited Villa Maua to rest up then headed to Tarangire Lodge for our first stop! Our time in Tarangire was some of the best, with an early morning visit with a male and female lion right by the road after some rain. We were the only car out so far and Hussein made sure it was a special moment by explaining the lions were on their “honeymoon” just like us! Then gave us a gift to celebrate the special occasion. From Tarangire we went to a Maasai village - Hussein chose one he frequents with guests for its true to culture experience and it was incredible. We have no words for our time in Serengeti- it was pure magic with all the animals and baby animals! After Serengeti we went through the Ngorogoro crater to complete the “big 5” with the black rhino. Every day we had extravagant picnic box lunches and Hussein always offered to stop for coffee or breaks or lunch whenever we wanted ! We felt so spoiled. After our incredible safari experience, we were taken to the airport for the later half of our trip to Zanzibar ! We were sad for our first half of our journey to end, but feel we made a lifelong friendship with Hussein and a connection the Tanzania Specialist we’ll treasure for a lifetime. Thank you SO MUCH TANZANIA SPECIALIST & of course our new friend and amazing guide Hussein !

I had a 9 day trip and it all went extremely well. Acommodation & food was excellent and the overall plan was well organised. Some activity virtually all the time, as I had requested and it just worked out awesome. I'd like to point out my guide / driver Philipo who was extraordinary and always willing to go the extra bit and offer sugestions. A big thank you.

Amazing Trip to Kilimanjaro, safari in the Serengeti and to Zanzibar

I went with my cousin (Binamou) to Tanzania for 17 days to climb Kilimanjaro, safari in the Serengeti and a few days on the beach in Zanzibar. What an outstanding trip. Our group who helped us climb, all 12 of them, were amazing. Thank you Godfrey, Naomi, Manuel, Eric, Deo, Agostino and the rest. Tanzania Specialist organized the entire trip and it all happened seamlessly. They also found us amazing places to stay before and after Kilimajaro climb.

I'm so glad i went with my gut and booked with Tanzania Specialist!! They are very attentive and if issues arise they are right there if there is anything wrong or you need clarification on anything in your itinerary! Our guide Emanuel was absolutely AMAZZZZINNNGGGGGG!!!! You can definitely tell he takes pride in his job and he was so nice and sweet to us and made sure we had everything we needed!!! He was like our father away from home!!! Honestly this is the best experience you will ever have!! I would 100% book with them again!!! For those wondering we did the 10 days half safari half Zanzibar! They organized everything so beautifully. This also allowed us to make friends who also had the same company, we would see each other through out safari activities etc, great way to meet new people as well!! For those who would like to do solo travel this is def a great company to go with as well!! Trust me they are professionals!!

Rogers spent a lot of time planning and costuming our itinerary. He checked in from time to time to make sure we could board a flight etc.
Freddy Kaijage was our guide and he had extremely good eyes and could identify birds from far away. He also discussed with us what our options were and tried his best, moving to different locations strategically and we saw the wildebeest crossing the Mara river just before we left👍

We feel very lucky to have found Tanzania Specialist in 2024 whilst researching our 2025 safari. From the outset our contact Fanny was readily available whenever we had a query. Before we knew it we were landing in Arusha being met by James Meimutie Saitoti. And what an absolute legend James turned out to be. His 15 years of experience enabled us to learn so much about literally everything we had a question. We saw lions, cheetahs, a leopard and just about everything else. We knew James was good, however it was only after chatting to another family (who booked with different operator) whose experience was a fraction of ours that we realised just how lucky we were to have him.
The whole safari was seamless. The hotels were incredible (manyara best view and asanja moru). We’re now relaxing on Zanzibar (TS booked the flight) reflecting on an absolutely incredible experience. Highly recommended

We had a family Safari planned by Tanzania Specialist - Jose, and would not change a thing. So easy to deal with! We gave them the dates, Jose did the rest. We stayed at beautiful hotels, they arranged transfers, and an additional flight to Zanzibar.
Our guide was Dotto, he was excellent! He was kind, polite and a good safe driver. He had extensive experience and a lot of knowledge which he shared with us. One day he looked at prints in the mud and then we tracked a pride of lions. Amazing.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company, they truly have the best staff, they care about your experience, our family will remember this trip for the rest of our lives. Thank you Tanzania Specialist.com

My husband and I went on a ten day safari for our honeymoon late may of 2025. It was incredible!! Our package was a combination of luxury lodge and luxury tents. The luxury tents were our favorite. Our guide Hashimu was awesome and very knowledgeable about the wildlife. Tanzania Specialists made everything easy to plan even from continents away and took the stress out of travel with airport transfers/itineraries. We did a night safari as well which we added on last min, would recommend doing this and adding in advance!
