Mkomazi - Mbula Rhino Sanctuary

The Mbula Rhino Sanctuary lies within the boundaries of Mkomazi National Park, where it is home to over 35 rhinos, and their numbers are growing. The rhinos were reintroduced to Mkomazi in the 1990s and visitors can enter the sanctuary in an open safari vehicle of the national park, together with a ranger. This ranger knows precisely where the rhinos are and will do his best to arrange an encounter. Don’t be surprised if these majestic animals walk straight to your car!
