Sangaiwe Tented Lodge

Sangaiwe Tented Lodge is located at one of the most beautiful spots of the Tarangire region, nestled against a hill overlooking the amazing Tarangire savannah. It’s one of our longtime favorites, with 18 double and 2 family tents on elevated wooden platforms, and two family cottages. All rooms are warmly decorated with plush beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a private terrace to enjoy the view. The food is good, the pool is refreshing and if you are lucky, you can spot elephants and other animals while hanging out near your tent or the pool. Just be aware – since most animals prefer a stroll in the early hours of the day, the early bird really does get the worm here. A lovely excuse for an early start to your next safari day!
