Rufiji Explorers Camp is located just outside Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve), along the Rufiji River. The camp’s four Ox-wagon rooms (two double, two twin) come with indoor sitting areas, flushing toilets, and outdoor showers under the stars – all facing the river from private viewing decks. Meals are fire-cooked (more like braai feasts and daily homemade bread!), served at communal tables, with sundowners on the dinner deck!
