Asanja Moru is the name of a luxury bush camp between some rocky islands known as Moru Kopjes in the eastern part of Serengeti National Park. The camp boasts 8 ensuite tents (among which one spacious family tent) all slightly differently decorated in a combination of whitewashed and dark woods and natural fabrics, with comfy furniture and an outside terrace with a (of course!) a view. The Moru Kopjes area is well-known as the place where the migrating herds pass by on their way down south, with Gong Rock (a slab of rock with a metallic sound that you can hit like a drum) nearby and the salty Lake Magadi with its flamingos to the east. A lovely place to rest your head for the night!
