In the middle of a banana farm, you will discover the Tanzanian cuisine and gastronomy, and you will see and learn about different ways of preparing local dishes.
Some of the dishes include Pilau (spiced brown rice with meat), Makande (corn with beans cooked together), Ndizi nyama (green banana cooked with meat), Ugali (stiff porridge), vegetables, and much more to enjoy. If you wish, you can even taste a banana beer, a local brew made from bananas. Bon appetite!
